A lively day of learning the key points on muscle anatomy, not out of a book, but palpating living tissue. A perfect refresher and a more intimate extensive understanding of the details, insertion origin. Muscles, tendons, and boney landmarks will be safely explored to give participants a real human view of how we are put together.
