A perfect refresher and a more intimate extensive understanding of the details, insertion origin. Muscles, tendons, and boney landmarks will be safely explored to give participants a real human view of how we are put together. Muscles that will be covered will include: pec minor, scalenes, rotator cuff muscles, levator scapular, back extensors, quadratus lumborum, gluts, piriformis, quadratus femoris, quadriceps, hamstrings, peronials and MORE
The class will also include hints on how to better access specific muscles and many kinesthetic relationships between the muscles being palpated.
